I ordered internationally, how do I track my order?
When your item was shipped out, you should have received an email notifying you of the shipment of the product along with the tracking number. By going to the email, you will see the tracking number and a link to QExpress. (If you cannot find any link, copy & paste your tracking number here.) At the QExpress page, there will be another tracking number that begins with ‘L’. After that, click ‘Click here for more Details’ and paste the tracking number on that link to get live & more detailed updates.

How much do I have to order to get a box for my packaging?
You will need to order more than $50SGD OR more than 5 items in order to get the box packaging.
